WELL, THEY WERE SAKES PITCH PEOPLE WANTING TO SELL MORE PRODUCTS JUST NEEDED A QUESTION ANSWERED. GREAT PHONE SERVICE. I HAD TO SEARCH FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER FOR A LONG TIME NOT EASY TO COMMNUICATE WITH THEM.

Finding your email address took a long time. I read all the negative reviews about your poor customer service and have experienced similar problems in talking with agents.

I cannot understand the agents who have strong accents and I cannot hear them easily because of the background talking in the call center. I have called many times about my phone issues but have never been given a case # or found a knowledgeable tech who can assist me. I hope you can find records of all the calls I have made to Mint Mobile. A MINTech advisor sent me a physical SIM card this week to see if that would resolve my issue with the poor coverage I'm having in my house.

It has not made any difference. I still only get 1 bar and maybe 11. My house is in a dead zone because I get good coverage when I am away from the house. This is so WEIRD!

The other concern is with my Voice Mail. The phone rings when a person calls. If the call is not answered it goes to VM. Then I hear 2 rings after the caller leaves a message.

This double alert is a new problem since I joined Mint Mobile and it confuses and irritates me. I have an iphone 13 Mini. An Apple agent was able to remove the double alert I was getting with text messages, but he said the provider has to help solve the VM problem. I am writing in good faith that a qualified technician will be able to resolve my concerns.

I would like a person to come to my house to see the lack of coverage dilemma. Thank you for helping me with this ongoing problem that is disrupting my cell phone service.

I would like to continue with Mint Mobile but need to resolve my concerns. Please respond to this email ASAP.

From the moment I ported over to Mint, my phone was messed up and could not get data or calls. I called customer service over and over.

4 days later and my phone was sill not working. They kept promising to send me a new eSim. Escalated my issue to L2 three times, whatever L2 is. I think it means my issue is level2!

Which means my issue goes to a backroom in the Hall of Justice where Aquaman and Wonder Woman work on my issue to get it resolved. They failed. I took my phone over to a rival company. It took an HOUR working with Mint Mobile to get my account number and the port-out PIN.

Mint kept transferring me to someone new, then I had to explain my issue over and over to the new person. I finally threatened to sue them if they did not resolve my problem.

I got the Info. Worst customer service.

Customer Service Hung Up on Me

I spoke with a customer service representative on December 13, 2023. I had never heard of Mint Mobile but was eager to try the service as the representative painted the service to be straight forward and easy.
I signed up, purchased a plan and bought one of their phones.
I received my phone, sim card, and packing slip with instructions for activation.
After trying several times to activate my phone, on my own, I called into customer service which disconnected my call seven times before I finally selected a different option just to get someone on the phone.
I had to call back nine times because each representative was unable to activate my sim card.
Today's call ended with the representative hanging up on me because I asked to speak with a representative.

I will never use this company nor recommend their service. Totally unprofessional and unhelpful.

I have a useless phone at this point and am out of $185. Scam!!!

First off, I don't like your "p...d" reference. It's vulgar! Surely, with all the great minds in your company, you could find a more gentle term.
That being said, Mint Mobile's customer service is by far the best in the mobile industry. Perhaps they hire more representatives with the money they save from not having all the "brick and mortar" storefronts that others have.
The rep patiently stayed on the line with me until my issue was resolved. All good for now.
