I had 2FA with my number and all of my accounts of every sort are tied to it. I've been through the validation process and I've had the run around for two plus weeks with the same "we will call you" strategy.
They don't call or resolve and I have provided them with ample evidence regarding my phone and phone use. I have paid for phone service but there is no unlocking of the 2FA.
It's unbelievable as I have accurately provided all they needed to restore my service. I'm not sure if they are scammers or if I am being treated as a scammer, but I have no access to any account, including my bank account.
User's recommendation: Do not use Mint or T-Mobile, the new owner. T-Mobile customer service gave a stalker a one time pin as a passcode to assume control of my account. There is a class action lawsuit against T-Mobile.

I spent over an hour on the chat and the rep would not suspend my service because he was asking for either five telephone numbers that are in the phone or he could send an sms. I have had the phone for at least 7 years an old iphone, and don't know the numbers and could not receive an sms because I don't have the phone so after an hour we were at a stalemate.
Now my phone is still floating around and this chat took over an hour. I think he was waiting for me to abandon the chat.
He sounded like a bot even though he was supposed to be a live person. At the very least I waited 11 min before he answered and then it was like silence and then I would say hello hello.
User's recommendation: Recommend another carrier, service is spotty at best and this is just over the top.

I was looking for a new carrier. Their website lists a 7 day money back guarantee and that my zip code showed compatibility.
I purchased a phone and the service and day one activated it and had no service. I called and advised them of this. I was told our engineers would call and of course never did. I immediately requested a refund and was sent a label.
I had to pay to ship the phone back of course. A few weeks go by I call and I am told they have the phone but they are checking it to make sure it is in good condition first. A few more weeks go by and I receive the phone back in the mail. I call and they say "oh you wanted it unlocked right"?
I could tell they literally never even opened the package they did put it in another package and mailed it back to me. I called them every week for like 2 months and got absolutely nowhere. I complained on BBB and got a response from Oliver that I would be receiving a pre-paid label to return the phone once again. that was on 3/1/2023 however have heard nothing since.
They are just trying to save face. This company is sadly a joke. They need a complete overhaul in customer service. I was never even refunded for the $45 I spent for the service and the $200-$250 phone on top of that look how much I am now out.
They literally are stealing from people. These representatives will say "oh I am going to expedite this"? Nothing ever happens.
One of idiots actually emailed me the same labels they sent me the first time when the phone was sent back to me, after they claimed they understood I wanted a prepaid label as I have already spent money to mail it once! Do not use this awful company until they fix it!
